Amanda Gomez is a professional show jumper, located at Rising Star Equestrian in Norco, CA, where she specializes in thoroughbred aftercare and competition. Working with OTTBs started as a lifelong passion for Amanda since her late father, Garrett Gomez, began his award-winning career as a jockey. Today Amanda enjoys competing in the Thoroughbred Makeover held each year at the Kentucky Horse Park as well as West Palms, HITS, and show series at Desert International Horse Park. Listen in!
